Negranti Creamery + Coffee

Negranti Creamery + Coffee sits in Camelback East Village and stands apart for one reason: its signature sheep's milk ice cream. Alexis Negranti founded the brand on a Paso Robles, California farm back in 2010 and the New York Times has even written about her sheep's milk creations. The Phoenix shop opened in late spring 2025 as part of the creamery's first expansion outside California.

Every batch is handcrafted in small lots using milk sourced from American family farms. Sheep's milk is the headliner, but cow's milk and vegan options are on the menu too, so a first time visitor or a guest with restrictions still has plenty to scoop. Recipes lean nostalgic and hand churned, pulled from old family notebooks.

The coffee side runs on a beautiful La Marzocco machine and the espresso drinks hold their own next to the ice cream. Freshly baked pastries round out the menu. The space is modern and welcoming, suited for a quick treat or a slower afternoon coffee break.

Worth a visit if you have never tried sheep's milk ice cream. The texture is unlike anything cow's milk can produce and most first time tasters become regulars.
