About Skyluxx Grinds, Eats & Suites
Address:
113 E Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282
South Tempe
Skyluxx opened in 2023 inside a salon suites complex at Mill Avenue and Southern. The concept splits the square footage two ways. A cafe holds the front and seven rentable business suites hold the rest. The hallways connect to a nail salon, a waxing studio, a candle company, a trading card shop and a tattoo studio, so the cafe shares foot traffic with a small village of independent operators.
The shop rebranded in late 2025 to Skyluxx Grinds, Eats & Suites under a new ownership. The name now covers the full menu (coffee, food and the suites out back).
A full in-person review is coming. Please check back soon.
