Little Jupiter Cafe is a specialty coffee shop in Gilbert. The space is cute and cozy with a pleasant modern atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in. It is one of the better specialty shops in the East Valley and the big news is that they now roast their own beans in house.
They use a Colombia and Costa Rica blend for some drinks and a Colombia and Ethiopian blend for others. Everything is light roast. If you have been reading my reviews you know that is exactly what I want to hear. The Slow Bar still has pour over options worth trying if you want to sit and watch your coffee being made one cup at a time.
The house lattes are good. The Cubano and the Coconut Tres Leches are both flavorful without being too sweet.
The staff is friendly and clearly cares about the drinks they are making. The food menu is a nice bonus and will not break the bank.
The shop is also very work friendly. Good WiFi and solid outlet access throughout. Little Jupiter decided to roast their own light roast beans and bet on flavor. That is a good move and it is working.
