House of Honey on Union Hills Drive in Peoria brings a hybrid specialty coffee shop and local honey boutique to the Northwest Valley. This flagship location functions as both a neighborhood Cafe and a retail shop. It features full scale raw honey displays alongside a full espresso bar. The business is family owned and operated. A core piece of the origin story centers around the owner father (who is a local beekeeper supplying the raw honey for the shop).
The espresso menu relies heavily on this raw local honey as the primary sweetener instead of standard artificial syrups. Signature drinks include the HH Honey Latte, Cinnamon Honey Latte and iced drinks topped with Honey Cold Foam. Traditional espresso options like double shots, Americanos, cappuccinos and mochas are also available alongside tea infusions and items from local bakeries.
