Located within the Pueblo plant shop, Caffio Espresso Bar offers a unique coffee counter experience set on a lush garden patio. This hidden gem centers on classic espresso drinks on lever espresso machines while featuring a selection of creative specialty lattes (the Il Caffioso with Mexican chile and the L'ape Lavender Latte are standouts). See full menu below. The shop provides a small assortment of pastries and a truly unique and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by plants.
What makes this spot particularly special is the story behind the counter. Owner Anthony Fiorelli founded the business as a tribute to his Italian heritage, operating the bar out of a vintage 1985 VespaCar (Piaggio Ape) parked right inside the shop. It is a beautiful blend of traditional Italian coffee culture and a modern desert oasis. Between the greenery and the authentic vibe of the Vespa, it is a perfect place to slow down and enjoy a carefully crafted cup.
