Daydreamer Coffee opened in October 2024 inside this luxury 24-story apartment tower that has become a landmark in downtown Phoenix's Roosevelt Row arts district. Designed with organic materials and curated urban landscaping, the building houses seven local artists living rent free in an artist-in-residence program. The entire property is integrated with a seriously thoughtful local art collection.
