I was not brave enought to try it (plus I had way too much caffeine that day) but you have to ask them about their siphon brewer. It is a theatrical, full-immersion process using vacuum and vapor pressure that results in a wonderfully clean and aromatic cup. They also offer pour-overs using a Chemex, which uses a thick paper filter to create an exceptionally bright and pure brew that highlights the coffee's most delicate notes. This is a place with a clear purpose. They are a veteran owned coffee roaster that is deeply passionate about its mission. They source their beans through direct trade to support farming communities and roast everything in-house on a beautiful Ozturkbay roaster. You can absolutely taste the care and quality in every single cup. I ordered their Ethiopia pour-over and it was incredible. The tasting notes of bright blueberry and creamy coconut came screaming out of the cup with every sip. It was one of those coffee moments you remember. My wife got their famous Chai Latte and I have to admit I stole more than a few sips when she wasn't looking. It was awesome. Perfectly spiced and not too sweet with amazing warm kick of cinnamon and cardamom. Forget those sugary syrup bombs this was the real deal.
The staff is just as impressive as the coffee. They are excited to share their story and pull amazing shots on their high end Sanremo espresso machine. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming and peaceful. This is more than just a coffee shop it is an experience.

It’s all outdoors and you can grab a table in these semi-private nooks created by the massive container doors. Just so you know, there's no indoor seating here so it's all about enjoying that Tucson weather. The coffee is just as amazing as their Broadway location with fantastic espresso and a chai that has the perfect amount of spice. It's the heart of the Annex and a perfect stop for anyone exploring the area. You have to check it out.

They roast their own beans on a Diedrich roaster using high-quality sourced specialty coffee, and you can taste the difference in every single sip. The quality isn't an accident. Now, their Mavam under-counter espresso machine is a piece of art. This is the kind of equipment that signals serious dedication to craft. The baristas pull incredible shots. Their Cafe de Olla is a fantastic take on a Mexican classic, executed with precision. The specialty beans they use, like Sangre Negra, Monolith, Sharp End Blend, and single-origins like Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and Panama Boquete, are the same ones you can buy on their website if you want to brew at home. But here's where it gets interesting: their in-house baker, Nikki, creates vegan scones and homemade ice cream that pair perfectly with the coffee. One thing missing? A pour-over slow bar.
